In the body of your new email, copy and paste all the information below:

Dear Tamara,

We are working with a technical support professional to recover our domain and get our website and email working again. The domain is www.e-ride.com. Royce from Mobile Tech Shop emailed you previously (his email is copied below). He has asked that I email you from my <removed>@<removed>.com email account and give you the info for the DNS servers. The DNS records should be:

dns1.amhosting.com
dns2.amhosting.com

Please note, we do have an acct on your website already and successfully logged into it. The user ID is "eride".

Any further email communication to me will need to be sent to Royce at info@mobiletechshop.com since our incoming emails are still not working. Thank you very much for working with us to get our domain problems resolved.

Dear Royce:

On addition to my first Email please provide us with the Namerservers that were assigned to the domain before its expiration date in order to make the Emails work again!

The account holder the domain was registered used the Email address <removed>@<removed>.com

If you provide me with the former namerservers I will restore the domain as it was before the changes have been processed and I wish to receive a request for the login information from this Email account !

Looking forward to your reply

Content: Greetings! I am contacting you regarding the domain name <removed>.com. The owner of this domain lost contact with his webmaster who had record of all the domain registration information. Yesterday they stopped getting all email and their website is down. As you can imagine, their business is practically crippled.

Evidence of ownership and proprietorship is available through the cached services of google, msn search, and yahoo search. Additionally, the waybackmachine shows the pages as they were previously. For example: http://web.archive.org/web/<removed>/

They sought a technical support professional to assist them and hired me out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Upon researching this it appears you have taken control of this domain. We feel fortunate that you are a domain registrar. They need to recover this domain from you and will even use you as their registrar for all future registrations. Additionally, my IT consulting firm and our associates are seeking a reputable registrar to partner with (as a reseller or otherwise). If you work with our client to resolve this matter quickly (they have no email right now) our firm will stop using GoDaddy for all our clients and instead refer all our web business to you.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you.
